Private sessions with I Am • I Have are one-on-one coaching experiences rooted in presence, care, and creative reflection. They’re for anyone navigating a season of uncertainty — whether you're showing up every day for someone else, moving through loss, or just feeling disconnected from who you used to be.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not performance. It’s not about fixing.
It’s a pause. A space to feel heard, and to hear yourself again.

  • These sessions are especially supportive if you are:

    • A caregiver or family advocate navigating medical systems or aging parents
    • Moving through burnout, creative depletion, or career overwhelm
    • Grieving a loved one, identity, or a former version of yourself
    • Seeking clarity or direction in the quiet after a major life change
    • Wanting to reawaken your creative self after years of suppression or survival

  • Every session is uniquely shaped by your needs — but may include:

    • Gentle coaching conversation and deep listening
    • Guided journaling or creative prompts
    • Tools to help name what’s present, and imagine what’s possible
    • Optional resources or practices to carry with you

    You do not need to be an artist. You do not need to have it all figured out.
    You only need to show up as you are.
