Any personal information you share—whether through intake forms, conversations, or correspondence—is kept strictly confidential and securely stored. Your information will never be shared without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel fully comfortable to explore and grow.

Cancellation + Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time and commitment.

Coaching Agreement + Disclaimer

I Am • I Have provides creative coaching to support your personal growth, healing, and creative expression. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice. As a certified life and health coach, I support you in discovering your own strengths and solutions, but encourage you to seek licensed medical or mental health professionals for clinical needs. Together, we create a safe space for your journey, with respect for your pace and boundaries.

This coaching space is built on mutual respect, trust, and commitment. I am dedicated to offering a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself fully. I ask that you come with honesty, openness, and a willingness to engage. Punctuality and communication help us make the most of our time together. Together, we co-create a space where transformation can thrive.

Qualifications

• Dual B.A. Degrees in Creative Writing and Fine Arts (Painting & Ceramics), Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame
• Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), Institute for Integrative Nutrition
• Hormone Health Certification, Institute for Integrative Nutrition
• 20+ years in the fashion and creative industries, spanning design, photography, conceptual development, leadership, and mentorship — with experience at Target, Nordstrom, Amazon, Shophouse Agency for Coach, and other global tech, fashion, beauty, and independent brands
• Former volunteer with Care Partners, providing non-medical support for families navigating pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplants
• Former volunteer with several Therapeutic Riding programs, supporting individuals with disabilities through equine-assisted activities
• Currently pursuing continued education in psychology and art-based healing modalities,* UC Berkeley
